Orders are packed and shipped five days a week (Tuesday thru Saturday). Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.
Free Standard Shipping
+ Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $99.
Standard Shipping | $4.99
+ Standard delivery usually arrives within 4-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.
+ Standard delivery to United States, Canada, UK and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
+ Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Priority Shipping | $12.00
+ Priority shipping orders placed Tuesday thru Saturday locally in the BVI ONLY, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
+ Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.
+ Priority shipping is not available to United States, Canada, and UK.

Items may be returned in person or by mail to the return address listed below. Customers may ONLY return unused, unworn items, with receipt within 14 days of delivery date or in person purchase date, by person or to any Simply Gorgeous BVI location for store credit.
Exchanges are only accepted stocked returns. All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s). Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed. No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued.
All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within three business days of the package’s original delivery. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
To cancel an order, please call Customer Support within an hour of making the order. Orders cannot be canceled via email.
